We ask all players to follow some simple guidelines to promote a fun, inclusive, and safe place for everyone in the community to play.

In addition to our Terms of Use and Naming Policy, this Code of Conduct applies to all our games and services.

1. Respect Your Fellow Players

Do:

• Show respect to others, even in fierce competition. Build camaraderie and contribute positively to the community.

Do Not:

• Engage in abusive, insulting, or harassing behavior. This includes any actions or language that:
  
• Promotes hate or violence based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or any other personal characteristics. Threatens or demeans other players, either in-game or outside of the game.
• Makes others feel unsafe or unwelcome in the community.; or otherwise can make other players or Toxic Rain Studios LLC employees feel unsafe, abused, taken advantage of, or disrespected.

Keep it competitive but respectful. If in doubt, don’t say it.

Do not assume a chat filter in place is a license to say anything you want.

In extraordinary circumstances, we may also take action against players for hateful conduct or harassment targeted at members of our community that occurs outside our games and services.

2. Play with Integrity

Do:

• Compete with honor. Whether you're hunting down enemies in PvP or cooperating in PvE, respect the spirit of the game

Do Not:

• Exploit bugs or use unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage.
• Cheat, hack, or use bots to automate gameplay.
• Griefing that diminish the experience for others.
• Do not engage in real-money trading of in-game items and in-game currencies.

3. Keep it Focused on the Game

Do:

• Keep in-game chat and interactions relevant to the game. Offer helpful tips, strategize, and collaborate to enhance the experience for everyone.
  

Do Not:

• Spam chat or engage in trolling.
• Share or leak unreleased content.
• Post anything illegal, obscene, or harmful, such as extremist propaganda or misinformation.

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes unfair play and to take corrective action we deem appropriate.

4. Protect Your Account and Others’ Privacy

Do:

• Safeguard your account and personal information.

Do Not:

• Share passwords or account details with anyone. Our team will never ask for your password.
• Impersonate others or share anyone’s private information.
• Sell, trade, or share accounts. Each player should have their own, legitimate access to the game.
• Post or share content that encourages, solicits, or supports behavior that is illegal, obscene, lewd, promotional, or is otherwise disruptive or harmful. This includes content that promotes terrorist or extremist propaganda, spreads misinformation, defrauds, scams or harms others, is sexually explicit, or contains commercial solicitations or advertising. Child exploitation will be reported to law enforcement via the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
• Do not attempt to impersonate another individual or organization (such as an Toxic Rain Studios LLC or representative).

Security is crucial. Keep your account safe and respect others' privacy.

Online multiplayer games are public; you should expect others to see what you do and say, including our own moderators.

1. Consequences and Enforcement

You are responsible for what happens with your account. If your account is involved in rule-breaking behavior, expect consequences, which may include:

• Warnings or strikes against your account.
• Temporary account suspensions or restrictions.
• Permanent bans (including the loss of all in-game items and currency).

please know that we do not make these decisions lightly. We take these actions because we want to ensure the community stays welcoming for everyone.

Do not try to evade any disciplinary action by, for example, creating new accounts or asking others to act on your behalf. Any attempt to circumvent a penalty will also result in additional enforcement against your account, up to a permanent ban.

If you believe your account was penalized in error, you may choose to appeal it by contacting us.

Final Note

This is not an exhaustive list of rules, and we may take action against any behavior we deem harmful to the community or the game. If you think something violates the spirit of fair play or respect, it probably does.
