I think people need to give the system at least a little more time before ruling it as a failure or not. We could be missing something

you mean using the tools given to you in the game? ya makes sense.
You don't need ANY of the lvl 100 spells to compete. You really only NEED 2 of the lvl 90 spells, though 3 is ideal.
