I highly recommend that BPG take a few minutes to update the in-game Help to reflect "Capital City" zones under the Alignment section. I'm introducing a new player to the game, and she asks me about this subject REPEATEDLY. And even I'm confused, being a returning vet who's read the patch notes but keeps forgetting the details, and I occasionally need to ask New Player chat. No new player is ever going to scour through patch notes, and many may no voice their questions in New Players (or even know to ask the question at all!). Keeping the in-game Help updated on the topics impacting new players is critical.
