1. Add 5 always cappable control points around the map that give boosts to leveling different stats for the controlling clans that can be attacked at any time. (this would give 24/7 pvp) 1 on each island 1 in the center map 2. Add hot zones around the map that drop lootable chests every few hours that get removed after 5 minutes if they haven't been looted. 3. Spawn a boss mob at random locations every few hours with the coordinates announced in global chat. 4. Add a non-pvp event that is a kind of mob arena that is a co-op event that requires players to work together to kill mobs that attack in phases, each phase sends more and harder mobs. Everyone gets rewards. Put this on a 3-6 hour timer. Everything in this game doesn't have to revolve around pvp! Probably the #1 reason for the low pop issues. Most games find a balance for this because the pvp crowed is already a small percentage.
