Legion/Sick Bastards/Blackwater members are jumping ship to Dickheads, who have allied a handful of players that recently left Defiance. Chaldean Dynasty is becoming an EU contender (probably because it involves some Liandri members). What better chaotic atmopshere could you ask for? Political shift in Agon is occuring now, I dont think there is better time to start getting yourself situated than weeks before a big patch and months before an expansion release.
