Have you taken a bit of time to wonder why most good players tend to gravitate toward a single clan/alliance? It's the culture. If someone feels their supervisor isn't effectively helping them advance or isn't capable of mentoring them in that particular area, then you can be damned sure they'll most likely leave to find someone/somewhere that is capable of fulfilling that need.
