There are many names that deserve to be mentioned in this thread, and I find it difficult to post without forgetting someone. I played mainly on the EU server from which I, without difficulty, can remember many names. To name a few top players that come to mind:

Banka, Beyond, Dante, Fenix, Finnad, Fusion, John, Kapteeni, Katsou, Kye, Kal, Kebab, Mikolah, Ninja, Nxte, Ostara, Pete, Pronax, Pure, Rauno, Sebastian, Snyggve, Speed, Tristan, Xzyzz, Zulazu.​

I agree with those who have pointed out that different players peaked at different times during the lifespan of Darkfall. There was always someone who stood out from the rest. However, what the players mentioned above have in common is that they all managed to maintain a steady level of skill, either until they quit playing or until the game itself was shut down.

Based on the short time I played on the US server, there are some names that stand out, and among those perhaps Luck most of all. During our encounters, I was always careful to keep away from his sticky glue.

Fu ed! I think you might of been in it?! I know fusion was. Xzy, snyggve were a team. Dante and I think katsou? Ninogan and lokiuz. Ostara and ninja! We won a special sword by AV and everything. Yes Finnad did carry me. And yes helm carried me too!
