To me it has nothing to do with the snap. If he just snapped to him and then continued to move that's fine. But snapping like that and then following his body as it fell perfectly in the same spot before he moved off it (which why would he move his mouse off the target if he can follow that well?) There's a difference in twitch aiming and locking. Most twitch aimers don't twitch onto their target then perfectly follow them. They twitch, land the shot then move because twitch aiming is their style. If you can follow someone perfectly on their chest, why would you even need to twitch aim? His clip shows him doing both, but in my opinion it's during a toggle.

 

id prefer to avoid that experience, doesn't sound like a smart life decision.

So you still didn't answer the question. If bird is fucking amazing in every game he plays why does he have the need to use hacks in all of them.
