Destro’s just not fun anymore

    Your changes just consolidated Indestructible and Destroyer into an extremely bland and boring class to play. Original Destroyer was so fun to play because closing the distance and landing back hits actually felt rewarding. Please revert back damage and protections so that Destro is once again an enjoyable and rewarding class to play.

    In anticipation of people commenting that the nerf to back hits is good for new players, I’d say that there are much better ways to improve new player retention such as making entry level gear more accessible or by introducing some sort of protected newbie area.

    Yeah but we don't even know what they're planning. If BPG wants to stop redundant posts then all they need to do is communicate with us. Simple.

    Destroyer was NEVER fun


    It and mage killer ect were always intended to just be bandaid fixes until AV could fill out their arsenals and tweak magic nukes so they didn't do full splash damage 10 feet away


    Unfortunately the "hold W and left click" droolers get mad and sperg out anytime I start mentioning ways to raise the melee vs melee skill ceiling or ways to make melee and archery less 1 dimensional.


    Melee and stickybacking is the easiest thing in this game to get good at, end of

    Back damage was nerf from 40% to 20%. It's still there not sure what the OP is talking about. This effected heals as well soooo.

    But either way back damage didn't make it in the combat revert != combat revert soooo.

    (as usual)



    An old buddy of mine that hasn't played since launch just came back to the game and his remarks about how the game has changed have been both good and bad. To highlight some points that he disliked:

    - Back damage being 20%
    - Armour having more protections
    - Pungent mist having a cast time
    - Essentially: everyone is too tanky and running around in Infernal/Q4


    I don't understand how many times we have to highlight these issues ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    The problem is all these “good” destroyers will go back to being shit when they don’t have 40 protections of each element. LoL

    Who was the guy, a male Ork I think, in Darkfall 1, who would shoot arrows non stop till he died or won. Was it Dak Drak?

    That tier would now be Yomi tier.
