Negotiating with AV is probably like a man in family court good luck on that. I wonder how serious they are about licensing in the first place. There very much is people still at the company Axilmar wasn't the only one there. Definitely the most public but there's still a very active group of people there. I've had conversations and correspondence with several different people in the last week alone in the company. I guess due to the veracious nature of the community over the years they prefer to be quiet in the public scene.
That is not really a good approach. Going dark does not inspire a lot of confidence, and confidence in the game retains subs. All they really need is one person to actively communicate what is going on, and only communicate things they can actually deliver, plus prioritize rolling out a small patch every two weeks or so to satisfy the hunger while they work on the larger ones. ...and I am stating the obvious. Why they haven't done this yet, I will never know.
