    If it's free to others and has no restrictions are the players currently subbed going to get this free game time too or is it basically wasted sub time?

    No, accounts that are currently active will not have their subscriptions frozen. The free period opens up access to everyone, including those with no subscription at all.

    Any account created during the free period can turn into an active account by using a Game Time Token in-game or subscribing through our website.

    I think your free trial should run until 3 days after your next patch so people get hooked, see another patch, and start to believe.
