why even waste fucking time touching the combat CAN WE GET SOME WORK ON CONTENT AND NPE CUZ THAT WOULD BE COOL
I don't get why anyone HAS to script the staves to have all types bound for each spell. No one does that currently for Xmute staves. PHGt complainers. Thanks for xmas items and and swap sides for Xing out of a window (never go full tork shaw).
So.... I think the staff crafting changes are fine, yes it's some extra grinding now, but not a biggie. New GUI is reminding me a lot of DFUW....not sure I like it. LOVE the ability to resize bank and backpack. Couple things... Harvesting healthbar bug still in game, this is HORRIBLY annoying. Also you might want to check some of the recipes for upgrading enchanting mats...just saying.
You're going to have to explain that one because I really dont see how having fast staves for other ranks then r40 and 80 is bad.
I'd really like to see this company stop wasting their time and develop some actual content. Everything that has been done could have been added in mini-patches once the game was live. You've still added zero content to the game. It's actually kind of sad to see changes like this being deemed as a priority. It's literally a giant slap in the face to everyone that has donated money or bought any kind of pack so far. Please actually do something for the community.
Carrying multiple staffs is more risk vs reward the problem is like Myater said you should be able to tie an ability directly to staff in game So scripts don't give unfair advantage
The harvesting bar is in the back log to be fixed. Someone reported the venom sac issue, if there is any others please post them.
Do you guys remember this section of the forums? https://forums.darkfallriseofagon.com/forums/design-discussions.72/ I do.
Completely different but people do this. Dark Fire has died and dropped like 5 r70 weapons with different slayers lol.
I do actually, I carry a cobra and a transmute and switch to cobra for heals, magma storm, wof, any other long casting spells.
I was already carrying 3 staffs as well usually. A cobra, backup blackbolt incase long fight it breaks and a dark sceptre for buffing and occasional rays if i remember. The issue is I didn't have to transfer staffs necessarily before. A transfer buffing staff is going to be a requirement by EVERYONE who is competitive.
That's cool, I carry a buff staff and a fast staff usually. I was referring to carrying 1 of every x mute. It probably creates a whole lot of slowness in your pvp to be swapping to an xmute constantly though.
It absolutely does, and it makes me a tiny bit squishier since it takes me a bit longer to heal up. It's incredibly easy to do on DnD thanks to how fast their weapon switches are though. You can bind staffs to individual spells which was a godsend. I'd love that here.
LMFAO. BUTTHURT KIDS STILL GETTING MAD AT PROGRESS. This game is destined to fail when shit lords like scrubby think a team has to run changes by their clique to pass. And you dumbasses will probably cave in and be more dead than AV hah.
progress is making the game more streamlined and easier for a new player to get into. making the game more tedious and complicated is not progress. We need less binds not more.
