Destros gearbag is 30x a mages. If ur losing as a Mage to a destro not wearing q4 full plate weapons and RING ENCHANTS. Ur shit. Give us a buff equal to slashing/piercing/fire protections of a q5 ring set and I'd be fine with anything else. I'm all for getting rid of the mana shield bullshit idc, nerf the fuck out of us. But make it so I don't have to play the game 10x more then everyone else just because I prefer playing destro.
we're not talking about costs but.. with ur ping i really doubt destro is too hard to play. try play well as mage, is not TOO easy as u think.
If they didn't make me have to farm scrolls still I'd have a full maxed mage tonight and I'd play it.. ive played a mage, it's not as hard as u think. Your talking about nerfing destros and giving love to mages. No, u equal the playing field you don't just keep buffing one class, making them superior then buffing the other. All you kids cry either way so it doesn't matter. Your not a good player you can't tell anyone something's not easy, everything's hard for people who lack skill.
i dont think its hard. u dont need a mana shield by default, u just need to parry in a right time to mitigate damage... not hard as u think specially with 20 ms and no paperdoll locked anymore. ok, u edited stuff in a affected way. ure destro and ure crying because my post. working as intended. cya
Pungent mist is probably the lamest spell in the game after wof, reducing mana cost would only make sense if cooldown is increased.
- remove boat drop from sea tower - increase damage done from warhulk by 2x alse great patch BGP it feel good now
Good patch. Touches up on lots of good shit. Haven't played since b4 Christmas cuz the textures Can we get a promise that next patch will have some sort of new content? Also now that grind is thing of the past plz advertise just a lil bit xD New player experience is very lackluster, but there's enough clans out there that will help them for now Edit: plz up portal shard drops for easy travel during beta xDDD
So I just walked a blue alt into a player owned hamlet, and noticed you don't go rogue now (hamlet is lawful I guess). This sucks, it means a blue player can't defend their nodes from blues unless they make their city lawless. A red player living in his own player city can't defend himself without losing alignment, either, and will get zapped by his own guard towers (pretty funny to watch). Being able to make entire tiles lawless around your city could also be pretty bad for newbies.
Took a month to hotfix and add some really bad form of territory control? I guess there might have been a lot of internal work in there and im glad for the r70 revert and all but the patch is nothing more than a hotfix we waited a month for.
is crafting 10x? maybe i can FINALLY get someone to craft my r80s and see if their reach is increased like r70s were, or just see if theyre worth it at all
Lol.. Destro was really gimped for a long time. Yeah it was amazing in the hands of the right player, &the right group around him.. It seems now destro is evened out with mage.. a good destro should be able to kill an average at best mage and vice versa.. from what I've heard from friends, that seems to be about the case. Some spells should have high mana cost, some spells should have something requiring people to use them really situationally. The ability to spam a plethora of spells, health2mana should be just as frequently needed as the others imo..
Im not saying the patch doesn't have some good things and the lawful lawless thing sounds ok but thats not territory control. Basicly we get a couple little new things i.e. paperdoll lock removed,WOF changed and some territory whatever you want to call it. Also we get the texture patch fix and r70 reverted to normal reach. What have they patched for us to do? They essentially made less to do in game since skill/spell gain is so fast "not that thats bad just saying" We need shit to do or 1-2 days from now its back to dead no population ROA. I am mostly upset that the "territory control" patch is nothing that will get anyone out in the world. I think BPG needs to start googling what words mean before using them. Territory control sounds like somethign to do and its not. Early access wasnt early access either. learn2google.
