Impulse? I don't like this. It's too quick It's more like b-spike hop without double jump with a cooldown. It's pretty low on cooldown, lower than any other mobility spell.
Everything else is good.

Yeah all around great patch only complaint is the 10 sec cooldown on impulse with .75 sec cast time and bunnies going to be hopping around everywhere now lol so rip melee
impulse it's good..10 sec cd work fine...great patch ! you can use 5-6 battlespike in 10 seconds....what we need for arrow protection?
A few ppl asked for shrapnel change. I love impulse: the facelift only, but i dont like the new casting time and the cooldown at all. Shrapnel was totally fine, just not easy to use for new players.
I'm dueling right now and i can manage to never go melee against heavies now. I got mobilities for days
What enchanting mats are needed to make an arrow protection enchant?
History shows that you couldn't use stormblast, confusion when you were too closed to a destroyer since you had to use a staff for that. Now, we can use impulse, stormblast, confusion, begone With the cooldown on impulse, you can cycle those enough to constantly keep your distance.
not mad about shrapnel, im mad that the entire community hounded BPG to remove billboards from NPC towns for the good of the game and they didn't pull the trigger on it, so now we all get to stay blue and remain in NPC towns because 'its good for new people who join the game'
The thing they don't understand is all of these kids cried nonstop about bspikes being OP whenever people like me used and abused them, the second they are removed said crybabies cry nonstop about getting stickied full to dead and heavies being 'OP'... now that bspikes are practially back in the form of evade from UW, its going to go back to 'fucking squanto and juice bhopping pussies, nerf bhopping its op' and the cycle is going to continue.
BPG don't understand what making the change is going to do to combat because they don't understand how combat works at any mid-high end level, and they only listen to bad players who cry the hardest.

Think Squanto managed to escape me and my chinese horde like 15 times when I played with Jack Bailey and co.
Make impulse 15 seconds at the minimum if not 17 - the cast time is already way better than OG shrapnel.
Also why do you need 100 bowery mastery to make the new arrows??? WHY???????

That was supposed to happen last night actually just slipped through, will get it in for a hotfix.
i never complained about bspikes but lets be honest here it was retarded af to look specially if ure starting in game.
now if they tried to remove that and add a spell (with cooldown and casting time) to replace it whats the real issue? its ok imo, mainly cuz it can be tweaked often. its not a dfuw evade.
about billboards its clear to everyone that the increased cost is not enough. scared ppl can still living in npc city forever. (in days where bags costs 100k whats 2k to port?)
theu should make blue billboards work dif than player city billboards. something created to add content for noobs. pvo and pve.. but ya... cost a lit more dev time and brain.

Yeah replace not upgrade.. right now this is a 100% upgrade from bspikes.. spikes only sent you so far and were only being used by the try hards and now we have a spell that everyone can use with a near instant cast time and 10 second cooldown.. that's why they're making it 15
