Point is, you can have a perfectly balanced game but you need some fun shit sprinkled in there.

It’s one more stupid ass thing to put in a gear bag..and agree 1 second evade is broke as hell..best change they have made to game to date..
This looks like a solid patch..wanna try relics and bow arrows essence transmute...
Essences should be able to transmute arrows dammage..stack of arrows 5 essence per say...stack 1000 arrow 5 Fire essence.1000.fire enchanted arrows please..

 

That’s why I said make it an ability like evade.

 

Ya with a decent cool down be cool..the spam b spike was strait cancer..

 

light battle spike need only 5 seconds cd and 50 % less knock back effect.....

 

much removing. much equalizing. much nerfing.
oh but i bet people at bloodscar are happy.

 

Alright. Some sounds like some good changes. I will play around with it a bit. See if I like them ingame

cant be any worse than a destro hitting a mage in the back for 70 damage in full infernal, can it?

 

the issue is when u hit 25 ray damage with a q5 cobra and eat a 45 dmg front.

the 5 damage buff was unnecessary

You do realize Destro/MK was removed, right? Perhaps you should have hopped on the PTS

 

What about piercing protection enchants becoming worthless and obsolete. Was that on the pts too

 

You melee anyone any time lately? Did they use daggers? I'd say obsolete is a bit heavy handed. I still do slashing/pierce/bludg rings/neck.

 

Did they add a new “archery” protection value to mobs it seems to do significant more damage to mobs I’ve noticed.

 

I would hope not. Archery needs to finally be a viable way to farm again.

Yes but they plan on elemental arrow types as well.

Not that it’s a bad thing like you said, archers have been gimped in ranged melee since the dawn of time in df.

 

Legit been waiting for elemental arrows in DF since EU Beta. I loved it in Asheron's Call.
