Why not revert the changes or give me a logical reason to dish out phase 1 already onto live servers and not actually completing the combat changes before releasing it to live?
Casting delay (between spells) has been reduced by 20% Why was this necessary? RIP anyone in a wof now. So much oversight this patch. Anyone who thinks that casting delay buff is a good thing doesn't care about balance and finds people getting .1ed hilarious.
straight up just cycled my rays 4 times on full infernal and did not even do half of his hp with a q5 sara LUL
I think on test server magic wasn't as bad with a broomstick, what I used at the end, but that was because I had 120 int, now that I have 103 int the dmg is very noticeable like 5dmg less which adds up quick.
thanks god im in a vacation for more 10 days and im sure when i back everything will be in a better place. until there i hope all u guys enjoy the chaos.
i hate it give back hasten spells and stat buffs. At least that might give mages a shot at killing someone in heavy armor
I dig the patch. ITT is a lot of mages who have always been mages whining that their playstyle is no longer the meta.
Made an amendment to the patch notes, we had also merged a bug fix. Fixed a bug where figurines would maintain their weight reduction after being removed from the paperdoll.
