works the same as which tier of the portal chambers? Arent all 3 tiers different cool down times? correct me if im wrong
Cooldown? If you're referring to the "one person at a time" thing that's not a part of it, just the 10 second timer to open it up. This was a relatively quick fix using the same mechanic as the portal chamber so when you "F" on it you will see a cast timer like bar before it opens. We'll change it so the player goes into a recall like state later so we can open more functionality on the billboards without requiring the cast timer, but the end result will be the same. It will take about 10 seconds before the player can port.
Wow way to give a heads up on this @kilrain Unbelievable - I am starting to feel like the rest of the pissed off community for shit like this as well as nothing to do.
This was noted in the last patch that we would be removing local functionality in other words remove your stuff. Anyway your stuff didn't go poof, contact kilrain on Discord and he will sort it for you. --- Post updated --- When we changed it, it was doubled. Now it's 1.5x what it was originally.
They did give a heads up on on 24th. That being said i am sure that neilk can recover that atuff for ya.
This will be removed in a future patch - Yes I knew but, honestly a hard date should have been given. Like after 9/2/18 everything in local bank will be gone, you have been warned - then its on me. And I will pm you @kilrain, it was just a Tier 6 set
