I wanna pack up my hymeland cottage and move to a wondrous rp environment

-On death players bound to a house will be given an option to spawn at their house or bindstone
This is a great way to avoid being bind camped. Love it.
-Upgradeable safes to add more bank space.
Right now the worst thing about house banks is---they cannot be ORGANIZED. Everything just goes in a tumble. Hopefully upgraded banks will be persistent?
-New internal items and external structures both functional and fluff planned. Light poles, signs, etc. Bookshelves/ Trophies cases and shelves Farming plots
YES YES YES PLEASE! This is the stuff that keeps me in the game---and stuff that will attract sheeps/crafters/blues/PvE-ers. What Darkfall needs most is a large, diverse population. YAY. THANKS! GOOD IDEAS!
We will address both the recall issue with getting stuck and the bank scramble.

After hear about this feature I'm already starting to hoard house crafting items. It was such a terrible idea to make houses in the middle of active pvp zones. Organic pvp will always be more fun then forced pvp.
No it isn't. UO did it SWG did it. It hurts nothing and doesn't force anything why would you even think otherwise?
ya please dont take away instant chance at pvp...
More like: please don't take away my billboards that I port into with robes and then port in alts at 600 so I don't get pvp.
So if you have a House now will you be able to move it?

We will give an option likely to pack up your current home back into the backpack items. We plan to provide a mechanic for home owners to move, exactly how we will accomplish it will come out during implementation on the exact process.
Just to make you aware with open-world house placement. A problem with ultima online was that 90% of fight's ended in house hiding. Most houses were placed close as possible to major mob spawn/pvp hot spot's and soon as a team started to lose they would run to their house.
Take from this what you will.. I just wanted to bring light to a major issue Origin Systems/Electronic Art's had with this exact implementation.
They also capped how many houses could be placed per tile.
especially loved when they had the villas and would pop out on the second story balcony to pop off some spells and you would energy field them off from the house and nuke em down.
couldnt get the loot but it was kind of satisfying.
of course that was before you could build ahouse how you wanted that made things so much worse.
I don't know if this question has been asked already due to lack of time to go through all of them but anyways, if you pack up a house that is fully decked out with safe, mandrake garden, etc. etc. would you receive those items back or would it wipe down to just a deed?
We're going to allow all items to be packed up individually
Has there been any consideration to give us the option to receive the components for the deed back? No money but the materials maybe IE 25 mods instead of the cottage deed or 50 mods instead of the house deed. Or maybe offer a way to upgrade a deed or something? I think there are a lot of ppl who placed houses early on cause we thought the villages would fill up faster and a house or cottage was the quickest thing to farm. I know that I have been working on making a Large villa or a Keep which will render my house useless. I mean its possible to sell the deed when I get it back sure but I personally would love an option to break it down into mods to help make my larger deed.
