Just make them hit hard as fuck and it will be a new play style - 1 hand ghost claw
Anything new for the us Mahirims is welcomed. They should be claws so I can RIP the flesh off these pink skinned furess players.
If I could use Ghost Claw daggers.... BOI... I'LL BE REDONNING MY FUR COAT.
Bump. I shall persevere until this gets implemented.
Perhaps changing the bonus damage from arcane to holy and increasing base damage slightly? I forget the exact stats but that sounds like a reasonable solution.
too hard for a pirate server to make.
4 legs run still missing xD
Improve racial diversity....
I think they should be knives, but something else that crossed my mind while reading this today was creating a different skin for the respective races. It would create differences between the races that had zero impact on game play. For example the Ghost Claws become knives, but the Mahirim have the option to show them as claws instead of knives, but only the mahirim. We could come up with either some unique skins for the other weapons or different standard models for the everyone else.
I always hated that armor looked different between the races and this kind of falls in with that, but if they're options skins and only for the racial weapons I think it could be an interesting way to make them unique.
make em fist weapons, and duel wield like daggers with the current attack speed. I wanna be able to punch people.
If we get Mahirim with 4 legged run and claws as weapons, I will write a Darkfall fanfic!
I still thinking changing the damage type to holy is a good idea. Fast and easy. It works well on the Ildstein with fire damage.
You just show up once a year to buff destroyer? C'mon mate, the only thing making it halfway decent as a 1 hander is the arcane damage, and mounted combat in a siege.
Is it even useful? I thought it was only used for style points, doesn't arcane jewelry negate the majority of the damage? Pretty sure an r70 sword is better. I could be wrong but I feel like I've tested this before. As for buffing destroyer, it's an r80 weapon, it should be strong for someone and it's not like you can get an infinite supply.
You're right, it deals something like 4 arcane damage to someone with jewelry. It's looks really cool but it's absolutely useless for all intents and purposes (maybe there's some obscure pve use but I doubt it).
Edit: Maybe it should be 100% arcane damage. Would make it interesting, not sure if OP or underpowered (arcane deals 0% stam damage but can potentally deal a lot of armor ignoring damage if it has high enough base damage).
Boosting the arcane damage is an option. As for it's current usefulness, the only thing I can think of would be for attacking mounts since they don't have arcane protections iirc.
