    For issues and problems that require us to react to it faster please contact us via overseer bot on discord

    join our discord server with this link http://discord.gg/riseofagon
    Find the Overseer bot in the member list (Should be in the top)
    Describe your problem and it will be redirected to our Devs and GM's and ping them
    Wait for reply

    If you already found a fix before we can reply feel free to update the PM with overseer bot or click on the lock reaction which will close your help ticket

    That is not what he is saying. He is saying that they don't monitor the forums 24/7 and that if you are having an issue like the three people the other day who were not able to login to the game at all after they created their characters you can get immediate GM support or get your issue escalated by using the overseer bot on Discord rather than waiting for one of the GM's to see the forums ( which they do watch Pretty closely but they don't just sit there hitting refresh all day seeing if somebody posts a problem.)

    First of all the GM's are for ingame
    They are not yet on the forums to deal with it and I'm not 100% sure yet if i want to bring them on here to deal with stuff.

    The GM's have the option to create a discord account which can be used with overseer but only a few have opted in to do so.


    if you have a issue that requires us to look into it right now then its best to come on discord and poke the overseer bot there or create a support ticket at https://bigpicturegames.freshdesk.com/support/home else it can take some hours before we notice it here on the forum

    Just saying what if a person does not have discord? what if he has been banned from discord? what if a person chooses not to have a discord?
    If one cannot be reached in game or a person cannot get in game then the support page on the website and or these forums should hold the same value or level of importance as a discord server.

    People can report on the forums, but if they want the fastest response they need to do it through the proper channels; Sending a private message to the overseer bot on Discord or a GM report in game.
