You already suffer more gear/stuff loss than other people, by putting yourself out there, so you've got that part of the mentality sorted. You shouldn't thinking and worrying about an enemies reputation for being 'good' or 'accurate' either. Everyone is just some dude at their keyboard and mouse. What you should be thinking is that you need to get him into melee, because as you saw, you almost won.

This is Darkfall. Players get jumped, it's part of the game. No one is immune and not everyone is watching streams waiting to gank streamers. It happens out in the open world all of the time, streaming or not. Streamers are public but it's hardly a crime to attack them. If you're streaming you can't complain because someone snipes you and realistically you can't know if they were watching your stream or not. If ganking a streamer could get someone banned then why am I not streaming all of the time so I can always keep my fat lootz?

My point still stands that streamers aren't immune in Darkfall. ** let me re-phrase - Even if he was stream sniped streamers get killed on stream all the time so even if it was, you stream, then you take the risk.
Come on man, everybody knows thats fine when it happens naturally. But when you go out of your way to basically watch a guys stream, especially a noob who isnt looking for pvp.
the bad thing in these cases is when ppl only die.. all the time. multiple times per day. thats the noob experience when they fight vets.

(and if he wasn't streaming, looking at where he was going in his own VOD, he wouldve been in audio range of where they were prior not even within a minutes time.) Could he have gotten away then? The guy (and other streamers) literally get streamsniped all the time too, many times by the same people, but you aren't here complaining about that either. Stream sniping is a shitty thing to do yes, but if you stream in a full loot game like Darkfall, you are obviously going to get stream sniped, its something you should expect, so why complain about it? The more you complain about stream sniping the more likely you are to get stream sniped. Personally I would never stream snipe, however there is one of the streamers I want to stream snipe because of how he reacts to getting stream sniped, he acts like such a whiny bitch, even if he isn't getting stream sniped, you can bet that is his go to response.
