    Arena is not just a cage from espenhal.Its a closed instance,you queue there from NPC.Arena have random "maps",places from nice dungeons/player cities.
    Warmup Mode:
    No drop,players just use it for duels.
    Ranked Mode:
    Full drop and a PvP ladder.
