    My journal screen has always been a grey blank box. How can I make the feature work ?

    This is happening to me without any active antivirus. Smells fishy.

    SF Browser i believe is the program you want to allow through your anti-virus.

    If you log into more than one account at the same time you will also be unable to access Journal or Clan tabs it seems
