Would personally like to hear about the housing updates. How will housing tie into TC? Will houses be able to upgraded? What exactly do you mean when you say "You will be able to pack your house up"? btw - Remove ink. I think this is probably the one item that stops people from getting stuff together and making a deed. Since ink was put into the game I still have never looted one nor do I even know where it drops. Im guessing Krakens...but ya who kills those know that Apophis is gone?
When is combat being reverted? (POLL IT NOW PLEASE) When are we getting the first content piece of the community patches? (Airdrops, Traderoute update, ect.)
Combat Diversity A variety of new specialisation choices that will give more options and combinations to try for melee, archery and magic added to the existing specialisation system New relic items to help compliment your playstyle with unique bonuses and drawbacks to push interesting and niche playstyles New tailoring mastery skill with advanced leather, bone and cloth armors Specialty Armour options for advanced metal, leather, bone and robes to give more options than just protections. Redesigned transmute system incorporating essences and new effects on spells and skills into elemental weapons and armor This seems like a lot of convolution for something that can be easily accomplished with new specialization choices and simply NEW armour/finishing gear sets, let alone 'specialty' armour. It's particularly concerning considering the negative reception of previous combat changes. What's the thought process behind these design choices? What is "advanced leather/bone/cloth armours" ? Is the current bone armour not sufficient enough for protecting a mage? Won't better armour options tip the scale of balance?
Why do small changes take so long to patch? Why not add this in? Changed 2 lines of xml to do that.. Why arent there mount skins yet? Theres been lots of promises but no follow through.. explain.
Can you reduce the spawn rate of random stuff (barrels, etc) to 1/10 of what it is now, and increase the reward 10x? Give all the random spawned stuff the chaos chest treatment.
You can sell new weapons skin for real money like counterstrike ? Make the keys in the store ( selentine ...veilron ecc ) and the chest in the table loot of certain mobs....sea tower...villagge...
A loot all button would be good. When will we fix sliding corpses? The animation bug that happens when equipping.
I find solo/group farming tedious and boring. I also find group farming not worth it most of the time. Anything being done to address this.
Why were gold sinks included in the market? The one thing that could of alleviated the qualms of being a new player trying to get geared.. are now deterred because of the needless gold sinks involved in posting an item to the market and just losing money. Resulting in an empty market and ungeared new players. Now the market suffers. particularly now because of the low population but also the needless gold sink.. The more you put on the market the more you are punished with broker fee's.. Broker fee, shipping fee.. if these were meant as a deterrent from using the market then it succeeded.
Claw weapons? Melee charge up attacks like the 'Tiger Strike' skill of the Diablo 2 Assassin? Throwing spears? Reverse come hither spell for Spidermaning? Timed blocking and the removal of predisables like ND? Having right click to block immediately cancel your swing and start parryinp thus making one hand+ shield viable? Reactive twitch based Spell Reflect (super short cast time super short duration)? New super rare super hard to farm weapon drops off specific 1-2 mobs that actually give enough power benefit to be special and worth taking out? What does BPG think this expansion will change in terms of making new players want to join or old ones return? Specifically regarding the fact that it will NOT include a wipe/ relaunch which is something that historically ALWAYS brings large numbers back to any MMO and allows for economic/foundational fixes that are otherwise impossible?
What are the features of TCS 1.0 versus 2.0? What is the logic of splitting it into two pieces? How does platinum work? How will regional towers work in TCS 2.0? Does customizable member permissions include custom rank names? What are the new features allowed by dynamic housing? What are some new addons for housing? How will wilderness mines fit with current holding nodes? Do the engine optimizations include support for multiple cores? What will be the features of the new tutorial system?
What are your plans to improve enchanting. What are your plans with fast travel, and the suggestions proposed to improve/limit it.
In what ways if any is TC going to improve holding value ? Will rune books likely be left alone if new value is coming through TC for holdings ?
Late breaking additional question! Will the graphics update include changes to the skybox? Imo, that is the roughest part of the Darkfall visuals, those clouds are as bad as 2004 era WoW clouds.
