Make binding waypoint easier!

    Binding waypoint is a crucial part of being effective in groups, why is it such a huge process?

    Currently, you have to explain to a person to do the \bind key waypoint command to a temporary key initially. Then you have to tell them to open up options, input bindings, look for the binds tab and then change the waypoint bind to a better key (possibly with a modifier like shift).

    Let's make this default! Make it so waypoint and emotes are already in this tab ready to be bound, eliminating the need for the player to go through this process.
