They should be plentiful to encourage more enchanting. New players will be able to do some enchanting easier with this change and more people will at least basic enchant their stuff. It's very time consuming to farm Q1 mats so it's almost always better to just go Q2-Q3 because it's just as easy to farm.
Another reason for this is because of the lower end mobs only dropping a grave half the time, so you lose out on a lot of q1 mats just from that as well.
100% agree. And catalysts need to drop more from low end mobs, so newbies can actually do some enchants, instead of only q3 mobs starting to drop some catalysts somewhat frequently.
Personally I think every mob should drop a Q1 mat. I mean it's Q1, they are shit tier enchants, it shouldn't be difficult to get. Catalysts can stay the way they are now though imo.
