Ping different between my two accounts, underlying bug?

    I only noticed because its so low and one of the few things I remember from playing years ago. Not a big deal itself but so odd wondering if there is a underlying bug somewhere.

    Mahirim account is always up to +5 [20-25] more than my Alfar account [18-20] . The mahirim never goes below 20 which is why I even noticed in the first place.

    Edit- 3yr old hit post before I finished typing lol and this would be a fresh install on a top end PC the last few days
