As much as I hated UW combat feel I actually didn't mind the classes in it. Would be cool to see some sort of "spec builds", ie mages, archer, melee and healer types. Or perhaps transmute armor for more damage for a specific element, like fire mage armor which gives more damage only towards fire spells, but a negative to all others. Something along those lines could be cool. Could do that sort of stuff for other armor types. Or all leather armor for more archery damage and haste? Dam transmuted leather elemental archery of fiery rage! But yea, could be interesting lol.
I remember this already being in game with xmuted staff's but they gutted that. A hybrid using all xmuted weapons and arrows would have been fun to play but they also mangles protections.
Whit specializations and new armours you can play like now or try "classes" for who like play mage but whit less spells....
Remember when you could get that dope fire transmute with fast speed off the erodach? I do, wish we still had what we had back when.... So easy to make cool “classes” fix transmutes and use said school debuff and use all that element.

Yes probably its better ....and you can play whit only some spells....if you want use all the spells can play whitout spec/classes
Maybe its time to try classes and prestige classes whit the possibility to play mage ( heavy mage or war mage ) like now...
I was mad when they first changed xmutes, I used the poison on all the time --- Post updated --- whenever they change something though they butcher it or 25 people start crying endlessly for months until they revert it.
