    Linked it to a few different new players over the last few days. The biggest complaint was keybindings and this helped them a lot they said.

    Umm, just going to point out he is giving out misinformation at start about the bindings. The defaults have had a lot of work put into them with weapons bound to caps, tab, etc... not 7,8,9... The tutorial should showcase them imo.
    Although showing how to change your bindings is useful, but should ideally not be necessary with a good tutorial and key binds.

    Like seriously if a new player sees this it is bad to see a 40 minute video start with a bunch of shit you have to do with your bindings just to play the game. Don't let the default bindings be for nothing!

    The default binds are bad. But they are better than nothing I suppose but the real problem is the tutorial that doesn’t really tell you much at all. Needs to be more in depth with how gathering/crafting works. How market works. How destro/upgrading magic spells works. How searching the map works with turning on/off stuff or searching works. How binding new weapons works. How the portals at sanguine work. How to get out of the starter dungeon. How to change your bindstone(hold f). So many things not explained and are asked multiple times a day in new player chat constantly. NPE needs a lot of work IMO

    If the default binds are bad they should be changed, I haven't really tried using the defaults personally. I agree the tutorial is garbage, needs to be expanded, like showing you what bindings you have as you unlock new spells, listing bindings in the spell book.
    Or how about an in game overlay of they keyboard with spells on the keys they are bound to and it changes if you press a modifier key or change weapons etc for learning purposes... just to throw out some wild ideas.
