Do you guys actually like the state daggers are in?
Shit is dumb.
If it's dumb, then show us your videos displaying how they're dumb. From what I've seen... maybe 2 people out of the DF population are actually good with daggers. The rest just hurt themselves in trades when they try to use them.
There's a reason I haven't seen many videos with dagger sticky backs(It's fucking hard - that's why).
And yeah, I love daggers because I like to swing fast. The nerf to Deepblade speed only further solidified my transition to daggers.
you need low ping a solid sticky to make daggers work and they're quite easy to escape when the dagger wielder doesnt have 20 ping (Animal)

If someone is getting out melee'd switching to daggers and straight line backpedaling while swinging is such a cheesy ass way out for them to turn the fight...esp on models with good reach, GG fighting these cheeseheads on an alfar. It forces you to carry daggers so you can join this person in a stand still swing fest and its pretty boring if you ask me. Theres like 1% (aka animal) that actually use them to sticky back, most people just literally stand still swinging them against a 2hand wielder as a way to prevent a meaningful engagement with twists and turns

They're an issue but also not an issue.
On 1 hand, its nice that they have viability, on another, they're KINDA broken. If you go into melee xchange against someone with daggers, and you don't have em, you pretty much have to pull out.
The east coast na can use em. Cool
Daggers are in a good spot IMO. They have a good risk vs reward right now. Use them skillfully and you can cut someone down quickly. Use them at the wrong time and you end up losing much more health than you take from the opponent.
In PVE I think they could use a buff actually, probably via more damage type options, which wouldn't really affect pvp.

Daggers have surprisingly good arc and their reach is good enough to stick to people if you're fast. Iirc they used to have significantly shorter reach and that made them seldom used outside of stealth attacks.
Front hit damage on daggers needs to be nerfed, the fact some retard like Animal can freaking run at you and get you stuck in their hitbox is dumb. It is even further multiplied when the player using the daggers is Ork, there is something broken with the flat 1.5 melee damage. The other day I was fighting @Animal, I was in a very good bag.... full dragon with q5 r70 daggers and q4 piercing. Animal was in a q4 infernal mage bag with the same daggers and had q5 piercing and he was doing 7 more damage a hit. How is that even possible? It makes all other weapons utterly uselss if you go against a player like Animal. Also.. on the other hand I do agree dagger stickybacks are hard and you should be rewarded for getting consecutive backhits. To get dagger stickies consistently and never drop them you do need under 60 ping, but I have seen good players like Juicy and Hayland with high ping get crazy dagger stickies/plays.

I'm not sure this exists. You can literally stand still and do more damage than someone actually trying with a 2h. There is no wrong time in a melee engagement, they're cheesy.
make all ping to 100 as minimal ping for all,this is balance. if you have 20 you get forced 100,this is how real server must work.
all play 100+ ping then all happy
modify armor values bitch
