I logged in the game for 3 hour's and within that time noticed how unbalanced combat was. We had 2 player's stand still and hit each other without running and posted a video of it taking a minute and 30 second's to kill a player while not moving. This is literally the basic form of testing ttk. And the video showed how imbalanced you had made combat making it obvious you did not even test your changes before pushing them live. Or if you did, the route in which you did shows how you guy's do not understand the fundamentals required to change, test, and implement combat changes. Your team also doesn't know how to test or understand the formula's for damage/protections. This made it clear your team is out of their league and being so arrogant you would rather keep adjusting and overcommitting. Think about this.... Most the changes that have come originally from the mind of BPG employees have been shit. Seriously stop trying to be unique and go copy the aspect's of the successful games in the market. We will still pay your mortgage. I don't get why anyone in this community has faith in BPG efficiently making combat changes. We know how bad they were at the game when they played. When you understand how a game works you are good at it. Anybody remember when Tasos gave top player's the hand's in UW?
Serious question. I have not tested damage that well but if there is a formula for damage thats messed up could you fix it? Maybe they should post it and have outside people look at it. Cause right now if the numbers were solid i feel these changes are great. The idea is good but i have to agree if the numbers are wrong it will turn a good system bad fast. Numbers in my mind have always been out dated even when AV had the game. Been telling Killset this forever. do you feel there was any time in Darkfall were the numbers have been right? I personally think before rigor/ip and all the junk it was as close to good as we were gonna get.
I think bpg should give power to a handful of guys who know what's best for the game. For its fans, and for its potential for more fans. It's easy to talk trash about devs but I think there's only one that works on the game and that sounds like too much pressure to me
Yeah you guys really put it to us for like 3 days. Of course you didn't win them all. Including the bloodscar siege the day after your mutany. You lost that one. Even after recruiting a bunch of innocent players who had no idea you would dump them when their usefulness was over. You lost some and won some of the back and forth afterwards. You took the elite of the server and yet I, the old man Obeesho, reassembled the core of what is now reign. (plus grimtide who was key at the time, but who went back to his abusers at launch) And now what? Reign is still here. (I say that even though Rex is trying to pretend we all play RuneScape at the moment but it will pass) And where are you? Who are you? Nobody remembers. Nobody cares.

That's mean. Remind me? I think the fights went both ways. We won some good ones they won some good ones. They pretty much stopped playing after a week.
