The team is diverse with people from all types of clans, jobs, talents and personalities. However things like game design and future direction are things that I myself navigate us on with input and ideas from the team and also from the community.

I purposefully set up our internal game design group with PvP players, sandbox players, adventurers and non PvP guys as well. It's a diverse group to represent the diversity of the Darkfall community. Unfortunately we've been doing a lot of internal things lately as we are in a bit of a crunch time. Hugo is going to be our community manager and has started several initiatives that you'll start seeing in the next week. Including weekly reports to the community of some of the activity behind the scenes and some intros of some of the team.
